Fighting Phantoms?

While looking for new wallpaper for my youtube channel, I stumbled upon this... Range? Fierce? Will this be some of the advnetures? Fighting against phantoms? Or maybe a phantom fighting minigame? It's obviously a glitch. A name for the wrong item, it looks like. Since that is a Elf Tail Armor, Not a Tooltip... What do you think?
