New land-Does it have something to do with the kangaroo?

Does the new land have anything to do with the kangaroo? I mean, think about it. Some of the animals have gone exploring. When they come back, they might come back and have discovered a new animal along the way: The kangaroo. I think it makes sense. This could be when they are released in the Diamond Shop. AJHQ says they are a gift card, so they might come to the Diamond Shop when they discover the new land. What do you think?
